Our lecturers are highly qualified Metallurgical Engineers who are also qualified International Welding Engineers, International Welding Technologists (IWTs), Welding Inspectors, and NDT professionals who combine internationally recognised qualifications with extensive industry experience. Having studied at some of Africa's leading universities and institutions, as well as internationally recognised training providers, they bring a wealth of technical knowledge and global best practices into every classroom.

They are a diverse team of dedicated professionals whose experience spans a wide range of industries, including petrochemical, power generation, mining, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and engineering services. This broad industry exposure enables them to provide students with practical insights that extend beyond the classroom and prepare them for real-world welding environments.

In addition to their industry expertise, our lecturers have extensive experience in training and mentoring students in Welding Inspection, Welding Technology, Welding Coordination, and related engineering disciplines. Several members of our academic team have more than seven years of lecturing experience, combining technical excellence with proven teaching abilities to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
